CODE OF ETHICS
La Cibek die casting has had a code of ethics and an audit a monitoring committee since 2014.
CIBEK STRATEGY
Pursuit of objectives:

- Respect for human rights and the right to children;
- Active support for inclusiveness;
- Protection of the younger generation;
- Caring for the environment and reducing negative impacts in terms of emissions and waste management.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRIBUTION INDICATORS
15% of current energy needs are produced by photovoltaic system.
WATER
- Use of water exclusively from closed circuit;
- Water consumption from the aqueduct under control through continuous monitoring with digital meter and alarm system for abnormal consumption.
CIRCULARITY OF RAW MATERIALS:

- Exclusive use of 100% recycled Aluminium from refineries with carbon footprint quantification;
- Certification of material’s origin from countries that respect fundamental human rights;
- 100% recovery of production waste.
CIRCULARITY OF SUPPLY:
-
- No use of plastic for disposable packaging;
- 15% recovery and recycling of cartons and packaging materials.
KM 30 PROCESSING SUPPLIERS:

- To reduce emissions and optimize logistics.
WORKFORCE AND DIVERSITY
We meet the legislative requirements for hiring personnel from protected categories.
The internal workforce is divided into:

- female presence in the administrative and quality areas
- workforce from non-EU areas
EMPLOYEE WELFARE

- In the start-up phase: merit scholarships for employees’ children;

SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY
- Sponsorship of the “Centese” football team in Bologna, which has 387 children/teenagers registered;
