Quality in aluminium die casting
Quality in aluminium die casting is at the heart of our corporate mission, founded on the constant pursuit of improvement in products and services. This goal is pursued through an approach of continuous innovation, both technological and in terms of process, aimed at achieving total quality, with the ambition of zero defects.
To make this commitment a reality, we have made strategic investments: from the installation of a new temperature-controlled quality laboratory, equipped with an X-ray system and a 5-axis 3D HEXAGON measuring machine, to the implementation of terminals dedicated to process control, production management, press parameter monitoring, and the optimization of mould use (preheating duration, preventive maintenance, etc.).
Aware that quality also depends on people, we have also invested significantly in staff training, with numerous targeted hours of updating to strengthen competence and operational awareness at every level of the organization.

READ THE ENTIRE QUALITY POLICY
La Cibek die casting intends to pursue this primary objective over time through ever greater customer satisfaction as a prerequisite for economically sustainable development, which is inseparable from respect for the environment, the rational use of natural resources, and the continuous improvement of the company management system using a process approach and risk-based thinking, with a focus on quality in aluminium die casting.
In order to achieve this, La Cibek die casting sets out to improve its products and services. Quality improvement requires the involvement and participation of everyone to:
-
-
- The broad and frequent involvement of all employees, as this is a fundamental prerequisite for the continuous improvement of the product and service. This results in the enhancement and encouragement of improvement ideas and proposals at any level of the organization.
- Each manager has the task of stimulating and encouraging the participation of his or her collaborators, directing them towards continuous improvement.
- There must be an awareness that “Quality is doing things right the first time”. This implies a greater initial commitment, but a reduction in corrections over time.
- Each member of our organization is embedded in a Customer/Supplier relationship within the company. As a ‘Customer’ it is necessary it is required to provide the best possible service to the ‘Customer’, determining his satisfaction.
- Improvement requires planning and control; The General Management, starting from both the Customer’s and the Market needs yearly defines a “Quality Target Plan”. For each target , a responsible person is identified and, basing on the decisions of the General Management, has the task of achieving the established target. For each target the management identifies the resources made available and the monitoring tools.
- Improvement requires the involvement of every resource: we need to be aware that Suppliers are an important part of the production chain, so they must be consistently involved in our Quality and Environmental Management System.
- Improvement requires the professionalism of resources. The success of the Company goes through the professional and cultural improvement of resources at any level. For this purpose it is defined a precise and coherent Training Plan aimed at effective growth. The identification of a precise and coherent Training Plan aimed at effective growth is therefore envisaged.
- The Quality Management System conforming to the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard constitutes an element of priority for the General Management and all Collaborators, who must ensure in all its phases, a constant personal commitment to support and verify its progress.
