Quality assurance
The adoption of modern production technologies and the integration of an advanced information system, complete with a process scheduling module, allow for constant control over all processing phases, guaranteeing a high degree of conformity for the die castings. This approach results in the precise and reliable production of aluminium castings.
To ensure uniform quality in every batch, visual inspections are carried out at the press with photographic systems, 3D dimensional checks with HEXAGON technology, and controls on the structural compactness of the casting via an X-ray system.
The packaging is defined in collaboration with the customer, thus allowing for the direct access of the die castings to the production line without further intermediate steps.

In constant evolution
With a view to the continuous improvement of the service offered to the client, La Cibek has made targeted investments that have allowed it to grow in both the Italian and European markets for the production of aluminium die castings.
Among these is the purchase of an advanced die casting mould filling simulation program and the installation of a new PLC/PC system on all die casting machines. These tools make it possible to control and memorize the most important data for each die casting batch (2nd phase injection speed, multiplication speed, multiplication pressure), guaranteeing the client the total traceability of every casting produced and a longer lifespan for the die casting moulds.
