Thanks to our patented Formula Foundry program, we optimize the production process by precisely adjusting critical parameters. Formula Foundry represents a real evolutionary leap in the industry, allowing us to interpret and transform complex data into clear, usable information. This allows us to achieve a detailed understanding of our processes and provide advanced solutions to our customers.
We also use Castle software to optimize mould filling, moving any porosity to non-critical areas of the part. We thermally analyse moulds to ensure stability and prevent deformations. And with tomography, we optimise the porosity level of die castings, ensuring high-precision results.
