LA CIBEK DIE CASTING
Quality in the production of die castings
It is in our company “Mission” to strive for continuous improvement of the products and services offered to our customers. A continuous improvement that goes through both technological and process innovation and is aimed at achieving total quality (zero defects).
In order to achieve these targets, focused investments have been made, which have involved not only the new temperature-controlled quality laboratory, equipped with an X-ray system and a 5-axis HEXAGON 3D System, but also process control with terminals dedicated to production management, verification of press parameters and mould usage (preheating duration, preventive maintenance, etc.).
Quality is closely linked to the human factor and therefore to the way of working, many hours of training were also dedicated to all company personnel.
The production cycle
The production cycle is designed to realize items that meet high quality standards and the checks to be carried out, agreed with the customer, are included and documented in the manufacturing and control cycle.
Die-cast items can be delivered as raw parts or supplied with surface treatments like sandblasting, tumbling, painting, anodizing and nickel-plating, and simple or tricky mechanical processing.

READ THE ENTIRE QUALITY POLICY
La Cibek die casting intends to pursue this priority target over time through ever greater customer satisfaction as a prerequisite for economically sustainable development not separated from respect for the environment, the rational use of natural resources and the continuous improvement of the company management system using the process approach and risk-based thinking.
In order to achieve this, La Cibek die casting sets out to improve its products and services. Quality improvement requires the involvement and participation of everyone to:
-
-
- The broad and frequent involvement of all employees, as this is a fundamental prerequisite for the continuous improvement of the product and service. This results in the enhancement and encouragement of improvement ideas and proposals at any level of the organization.
- Each manager has the task of stimulating and encouraging the participation of his or her collaborators, directing them towards continuous improvement.
- There must be an awareness that “Quality is doing things right the first time”. This implies a greater initial commitment, but a reduction in corrections over time.
- Each member of our organization is embedded in a Customer/Supplier relationship within the company. As a ‘Customer’ it is necessary it is required to provide the best possible service to the ‘Customer’, determining his satisfaction.
- Improvement requires planning and control; The General Management, starting from both the Customer’s and the Market needs yearly defines a “Quality Target Plan”. For each target , a responsible person is identified and, basing on the decisions of the General Management, has the task of achieving the established target. For each target the management identifies the resources made available and the monitoring tools.
- Improvement requires the involvement of every resource: we need to be aware that Suppliers are an important part of the production chain, so they must be consistently involved in our Quality and Environmental Management System.
- Improvement requires the professionalism of resources. The success of the Company goes through the professional and cultural improvement of resources at any level. For this purpose it is defined a precise and coherent Training Plan aimed at effective growth. The identification of a precise and coherent Training Plan aimed at effective growth is therefore envisaged.
- The Quality Management System conforming to the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard constitutes an element of priority for the General Management and all Collaborators, who must ensure in all its phases, a constant personal commitment to support and verify its progress.
