For each new project concerning an Aluminum and Zinc Die-Casting component, the Company provides a filling simulation of the melting process using CASTLE software, which allows to identify and solve potential issues before the realization of the equipment. This approach allows us to significantly reduce both the start-up time and the costs of unpredictable modifications after the first start-up die-casting process.

The company has always focused strongly on the quality of the equipment that has to be made. Quality has never been separated from attention to the costs of the mould and in the cases of limited production quantities a prototype mould is realized.

Reverse Engineering Services

In order to maintain continuity of production, the company is able to provide both services of ordinary maintenance by simply replacing some worn parts, or a complete service of Reverse Engineering of a mould provided by Third-Parties.

On this basis, La Cibek is able to provide a feasibility study with related costs for a service of extraordinary maintenance regarding the re-design of moulds, even without project documentation.

Lead times and time to market

Starting from "a validated project by customer", an average time for mould design is about 30-60 days according to the size and complexity of the equipment that must be designed.

We also provide a "prompt delivery" of products in stock, if previously authorized by a customer agreement.

The ERP management system is fully integrated with the terminals for control and production management. From the presses it is possible to know in "real time" the number of die-casting components being manufactured and the exact stage of the processing cycle.
